Wright County Community Services holds to the importance of individuality while operating as a team that works together and supports one another with the purpose of achieving a common goal. Here are some principles that guide our office:

• Mistakes can be reversed, criticism cannot
• Think about your teammate's needs before your own
• Process isn't as important as outcomes
• If you have an opinion/idea, kindly state it
• Words should build up, not tear down
• Use your strength to compensate for a teammate's weakness
• Treat your teammate and client the way you want to be treated
