The Planning Process
Our Strategic Plan for Entrepreneurship is the product of four facilitated planning sessions tailored to the unique demographics, economic trends, service providers, and entrepreneurship needs within Hamilton and Wright Counties. Planning team members consisted of a wide variety of stakeholders including entrepreneurs, economic development and chambers of commerce leadership, financial institutions, small business development centers and entrepreneurship centers, community colleges, elected officials and the regional council of government.
The team identified strategic goals and objectives around the area of supportive culture, business and technical assistance, networking and capital.
