        Wright County has a quality, job-ready workforce. The 2011 Laborshed Study shows the county has an available, skilled workforce with approximately 75 percent holding some level of education or training beyond high school. The county’s estimated workforce includes over half of the people working are in professional, paraprofessional, technical, production, construction, operating, maintenance, and material handling. Iowa is well-known for its education system, and Wright County schools are among the state’s leaders in producing a capable workforce.
