Civil Division

Responsibilities   The Wright County Sheriff's Office - Civil Division is responsible for processing and serving civil papers such as original notices (small claims and district), evictions, subpoenas, orders, wage and bank garnishments, levies, writs attachments, sheriff sales, condemnations, etc.   Dictations or directions must accompany all paperwork stating whom and where to serve the civil paper. A billing address and telephone number also need to be included.   Fees Sheriff Sales (under construction)
