The primary activities of the Planning & Zoning Department includes
approval of Building Permits and Site Plans
working with the Planning Commission on Land Use changes
working with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Variance and Conditional Use Permits
In order to get a building permit for a new structure, you need to get a septic system permit from the Environmental Health department.
