7.      Approve Resolution 2010-27 on appointment of Township officials.

8.      10:00 a.m. Scott Stevenson with Ruan Securities to review the Wind Farm TIF urban renewal area and financing the projects in two phases.

9.      Approve 1^st pay estimate for Drainage District #5 ADW Closure.

10.   Approve abatement orders #1042 to #1044 on US Government property drainage assessments.

11.     Discuss Health Savings Account program.

12.    Old business.
